Pourtant, cette corv\u00e9e est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment d\u00e9terminant de la relation client. Voici quelques pistes pour vous assurer des paiements diligents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le contrat<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Un client sera plus enclin \u00e0 payer s\u2019il y a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9par\u00e9. Cette pr\u00e9paration commence \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tape du contrat\u2009: un mandat limpide et une proc\u00e9dure de facturation clairement d\u00e9crite contribuent grandement \u00e0 dissiper les malentendus. Inclure un mod\u00e8le de facture au contrat permet au client de se familiariser avec les politiques de paiement ainsi qu\u2019avec le format de la facture. C\u2019est particuli\u00e8rement important si vous traitez avec un client n\u00e9ophyte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le contrat est aussi l\u2019occasion de mettre la table concernant les honoraires non pr\u00e9vus \u00e0 l\u2019entente initiale et les frais aff\u00e9rents, comme les d\u00e9placements et les impressions. Vous serez ainsi en mesure de bonifier votre offre de service pour les prochains projets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 des solutions technologiques, toutefois, la meilleure gestion du temps se fait \u00e0 la source, avec les personnes qui accomplissent le travail. Ainsi, il est recommand\u00e9 de transmettre l\u2019offre de service aux employ\u00e9s concern\u00e9s afin qu\u2019ils puissent arrimer leurs heures r\u00e9elles aux estimations. En cas de d\u00e9passement anticip\u00e9, demandez-leur de vous aviser rapidement. Incluez un \u00e9tat de compte qui indique ce que le client a d\u00e9j\u00e0 pay\u00e9 jusqu\u2019ici. R\u00e9visez bien la facture avant de l\u2019envoyer\u2009: une simple erreur de frappe pourrait vous faire perdre la confiance de votre client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout cela peut sembler \u00e9vident, pourtant, le m\u00e9contentement de clients par rapport \u00e0 des factures floues, inexactes ou envoy\u00e9es \u00e0 des moments inopportuns donne souvent lieu \u00e0 des conflits susceptibles de mener \u00e0 un processus de conciliation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La communication<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>La communication au sujet de la facture contribue \u00e0 \u00ab\u2009faire passer la pilule\u2009\u00bb. Diff\u00e9renciez les honoraires pr\u00e9vus au contrat des \u00e9l\u00e9ments factur\u00e9s en sus ou des d\u00e9penses remboursables. Int\u00e9grez votre identit\u00e9 graphique \u00e0 vos factures afin de renforcer votre image de marque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le paiement<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u2019il est facile pour le client de payer votre facture, il sera probablement plus enclin \u00e0 le faire rapidement. Offrez diff\u00e9rentes possibilit\u00e9s comme le virement, le paiement par carte ou le paiement en ligne en ayant recours \u00e0 des logiciels tels que Square Cash ou FreshBooks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les factures impay\u00e9es nuisent au bon fonctionnement de votre entreprise, alors ne les laissez pas tra\u00eener\u2009!
