Celles-ci doivent r\u00e9pondre aux exigences d\u2019un devis de performance en architecture con\u00e7u pour l\u2019ensemble du r\u00e9seau de l\u2019\u00e9ducation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans cette nouvelle dynamique, la SQI publie des appels d\u2019offres pour obtenir des propositions de plans et devis li\u00e9es \u00e0 des projets particuliers, r\u00e9pondant aux exigences conceptuelles \u00e9tablies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u2019\u00e9quipe ma\u00eetre&nbsp;: collaboration et responsabilit\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019approche de la SQI pr\u00e9voit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement la constitution d\u2019une \u00e9quipe ma\u00eetre pour chaque projet particulier, compos\u00e9e des architectes ayant particip\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9laboration du devis de performance et de ceux et celles ayant obtenu les mandats relatifs \u00e0 chacun des projets particuliers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce mod\u00e8le collaboratif offre plusieurs avantages, mais il comporte aussi des risques en mati\u00e8re de responsabilit\u00e9 professionnelle. Pour s\u2019en pr\u00e9munir, les architectes doivent veiller \u00e0 bien documenter le processus de conception. Quelques principes essentiels s\u2019appliquent&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-classic\">\n<li><strong>Responsabilit\u00e9 claire&nbsp;:<\/strong> les architectes responsables des plans de construction assument l\u2019ensemble des responsabilit\u00e9s associ\u00e9es au projet. Les opinions exprim\u00e9es par les autres membres de l\u2019\u00e9quipe ma\u00eetre visent exclusivement \u00e0 parfaire les plans produits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gestion des divergences&nbsp;:<\/strong> toute divergence conceptuelle entre les architectes membres de l\u2019\u00e9quipe ma\u00eetre doit \u00eatre discut\u00e9e et document\u00e9e. Des r\u00e8gles de fonctionnement claires devraient \u00e9tablir que les architectes responsables des plans disposent du pouvoir d\u00e9cisionnel final. Une communication proactive est essentielle pour \u00e9viter litiges et r\u00e9clamations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">B\u00e2timents pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9s&nbsp;: baliser la surveillance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le recours aux b\u00e2timents pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9s pour am\u00e9nager des espaces \u00e9ducatifs est fr\u00e9quent. Ils offrent une grande souplesse aux centres de services scolaires, tant en mati\u00e8re de co\u00fbts que de d\u00e9lais d\u2019ex\u00e9cution. Cependant, ce mode de construction soul\u00e8ve des enjeux manifestes concernant la surveillance des travaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est difficile de confirmer la qualit\u00e9 d\u2019un assemblage r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en usine. L\u2019architecte doit \u00e9viter de devenir la caution de la qualit\u00e9 des b\u00e2timents r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par le fournisseur puisqu\u2019il n\u2019a aucun pouvoir concret de lui ordonner de modifier son approche de construction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si le contrat pr\u00e9voit une confirmation de cette nature, une mise en garde importante devrait \u00eatre formul\u00e9e. Ils seront limit\u00e9s aux \u00e9l\u00e9ments que nous avons pu observer sur la base d\u2019un examen raisonnablement attentif du mode d\u2019ex\u00e9cution retenu par le fournisseur. Nous porterons \u00e0 votre attention les \u00e9l\u00e9ments susceptibles d\u2019affecter la qualit\u00e9 des composantes du b\u00e2timent. Nous ne pourrons cependant imposer au fournisseur de modifier le mode d\u2019ex\u00e9cution des travaux en usine. Seul ce dernier peut modifier le processus constructif afin de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 vos exigences.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vigilance et rigueur, cl\u00e9s de la gestion des risques<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Concevoir pour le secteur scolaire est une pratique \u00e0 la fois stimulante et exigeante.
