Voici des \u00e9l\u00e9ments qu\u2019il pourrait contenir, \u00e0 titre d\u2019exemples\u2009:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-classic\">\n<li>Les t\u00e2ches que vous devez accomplir personnellement et celles qui peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9es;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les membres de l\u2019\u00e9quipe de travail et leurs r\u00f4les;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les attentes et les objectifs \u00e0 atteindre;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019horaire et la fr\u00e9quence des rencontres de travail;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les moyens de communication;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les outils collaboratifs internes et externes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les jalons critiques \u00e0 atteindre;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les moyens de classement pour d\u00e9montrer votre direction (voir l\u2019encadr\u00e9 Laissez des traces, ci-dessous).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Pour en savoir plus, consultez le <\/em>Manuel canadien de pratique de l\u2019architecture (MCPA) <em>\u2013 \u00ab<a href=\"https:\/\/chop.raic.ca\/fr\/chapter-5.3\">\u2009Chapitre&nbsp;5.3\u2009: Gestion des communications<\/a>\u2009\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-classic\">\n<li><strong>Expliquez votre obligation de direction \u00e0 toutes les personnes qui collaboreront aux documents, par exemple lors de la r\u00e9union de d\u00e9marrage du projet<\/strong>.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-classic\">\n<li>Assurez-vous qu\u2019elles comprennent votre r\u00f4le et les t\u00e2ches qui vous incombent personnellement (voir le point A, sous Obligations, ci-dessous);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rappelez \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quipe que vous devez avoir le contr\u00f4le et l\u2019autorit\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re de\u2009:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-classic\">\n<li>supervision du travail,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>d\u00e9l\u00e9gation des t\u00e2ches,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>d\u00e9cisions li\u00e9es \u00e0 la conception,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>int\u00e9gration des d\u00e9cisions techniques li\u00e9es \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration des documents;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conviez le client ou la cliente \u00e0 cette rencontre, si n\u00e9cessaire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-classic\">\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e9sentez le plan de travail \u00e0 votre \u00e9quipe et r\u00e9visez-le \u00e0 intervalles r\u00e9guliers en fonction des d\u00e9veloppements du projet.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Obligations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><u>A. Menez le processus intellectuel et mat\u00e9riel derri\u00e8re le projet<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-classic\">\n<li><strong>Effectuez vous-m\u00eame les activit\u00e9s fondamentales relevant de l\u2019exercice de l\u2019architecture\u2009:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-classic\">\n<li>La confirmation des enjeux propres au projet\u2009:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-classic\">\n<li>Faites les v\u00e9rifications et les recherches n\u00e9cessaires en ce qui a trait aux enjeux,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ayez une vision globale des contraintes et des risques li\u00e9s au projet (ex.\u2009: analyse du budget, particularit\u00e9s du site, contexte historique et r\u00e9glementation applicable);<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La communication des directives, l\u2019organisation et l\u2019encadrement des t\u00e2ches des membres de l\u2019\u00e9quipe tout au long du projet\u2009:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-classic\">\n<li>Chapeautez et d\u00e9l\u00e9guez vous-m\u00eame les t\u00e2ches confi\u00e9es \u00e0 d\u2019autres;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le processus de conception\u2009:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-classic\">\n<li>Menez le processus\u2009: g\u00e9n\u00e9rez des id\u00e9es, explorez diff\u00e9rentes approches pour r\u00e9pondre aux objectifs du projet, \u00e9tablissez le parti architectural et contribuez activement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9laboration du concept (ex.\u2009: analyse du programme, synth\u00e8se des donn\u00e9es, production d\u2019esquisses, recherche de pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents);<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La communication avec le client ou la cliente tout au long du projet\u2009: \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-classic\">\n<li>l\u2019explication de vos services,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la conclusion de l\u2019entente,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la r\u00e9colte et l\u2019analyse de ses besoins,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la remise des documents et les explications n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 leur compr\u00e9hension.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-classic\">\n<li><strong>Prenez les principales d\u00e9cisions et d\u00e9terminez les orientations du projet du d\u00e9but \u00e0 la fin.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-classic\">\n<li><strong>Contr\u00f4lez la r\u00e9alisation du mandat du d\u00e9but \u00e0 la fin (ex.\u2009: r\u00e9vision r\u00e9guli\u00e8re de la port\u00e9e du travail \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser, des livrables et des ressources \u00e0 mobiliser pour atteindre les objectifs).<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Pour en savoir plus, consultez le MCPA \u2013 \u00ab\u2009<a href=\"https:\/\/chop.raic.ca\/fr\/chapter-5.1\">Chapitre&nbsp;5.1\u2009: Gestion d\u2019un projet de conception\u2009<\/a>\u00bb et l\u2019annexe A \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/chop.raic.ca\/fr\/annexe-a-checklists-management-architectural-project\">Liste de contr\u00f4le pour la gestion du projet d\u2019architecture<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><u>B. Exercez une supervision imm\u00e9diate et continue<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-classic\">\n<li><strong>Dirigez les personnes directement, sans interm\u00e9diaire, tout au long de leur contribution au projet.<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-classic\">\n<li>Donnez des consignes claires, pr\u00e9cises et d\u00e9taill\u00e9es quant aux t\u00e2ches \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser et aux objectifs \u00e0 atteindre;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si vous travaillez \u00e0 distance, documentez vos activit\u00e9s de direction (voir l\u2019encadr\u00e9 Laissez des traces, ci-dessous).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-classic\">\n<li><strong>Effectuez personnellement un suivi serr\u00e9 des prestations de travail tout au long du projet.<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-classic\">\n<li>Ayez des \u00e9changes multiples et fr\u00e9quents;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V\u00e9rifiez le progr\u00e8s, la qualit\u00e9 et la conformit\u00e9 du travail r\u00e9alis\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-classic\">\n<li><strong>Restez disponible pour r\u00e9pondre aux questions de mani\u00e8re explicite et avec c\u00e9l\u00e9rit\u00e9.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-powder-blue-background-color has-background is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>Abstenez-vous de signer et de sceller tout document qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 commenc\u00e9 par une personne qui n\u2019est pas membre de l\u2019Ordre et qui n\u2019a pas travaill\u00e9 sous votre direction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Pour en savoir plus, consultez les articles \u00ab\u2009Reconna\u00eetre le sceau de complaisance\u2009\u00bb et \u00ab<a href=\"https:\/\/www.oaq.com\/devoirs-de-larchitecte\/aide-a-la-pratique\/sceau-complaisance-collaboration-mal-avisee\/\">\u2009Le sceau de complaisance\u2009: une collaboration mal avis\u00e9e<\/a>\u2009\u00bb, <\/em>Esquisses, <em>\u00e9t\u00e9&nbsp;2023.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><u>C. Exercez votre autorit\u00e9<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-classic\">\n<li><strong>Assurez-vous que les personnes qui contribuent au projet vous sont subordonn\u00e9es. Vous pouvez\u2009:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-classic\">\n<li>les obliger \u00e0 se conformer \u00e0 vos directives;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>leur imposer des modalit\u00e9s quant \u00e0 l\u2019ex\u00e9cution des t\u00e2ches et prendre les moyens n\u00e9cessaires pour vous assurer de leur respect;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>conclure une entente \u00e9crite avec elles\u2009:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-classic\">\n<li>R\u00e9digez l\u2019entente de mani\u00e8re qu\u2019elle d\u00e9montre que c\u2019est vous qui retenez leurs services pour vous assister en \u00e9change d\u2019une r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> mettre fin \u00e0 leur prestation de travail si elles n\u00e9gligent de se soumettre \u00e0 vos instructions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-powder-blue-background-color has-background is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Laissez des traces<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous avez la responsabilit\u00e9 de d\u00e9montrer votre direction du travail des personnes non membres de l\u2019OAQ. Sans cette d\u00e9monstration, vous pourriez vous faire reprocher d\u2019avoir appos\u00e9 une signature et un sceau de complaisance. Cela signifie qu\u2019en plus des documents relatifs au dossier \u00e9num\u00e9r\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019article&nbsp;2.01b du R\u00e8glement sur la tenue des dossiers, du registre et des bureaux d\u2019architectes, vous devez aussi conserver\u2009:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-classic\">\n<li>tous les \u00e9changes (ex.\u2009: courriels, messages texte, notes de r\u00e9union, etc.) avec les personnes sous votre direction;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vos notes, avec la date, concernant le contenu des \u00e9changes verbaux avec les personnes sous votre direction;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>tous les documents produits par les personnes sous votre direction.
